Have you ever had a jar of jam you can’t get open, but then you tap the side of the lid against the counter and it comes off?

Simple Scoop is the same! Take the side of the lid and strike it against your counter or a wall. Just make sure you use something sturdy.

Place your bucket of simple scoop between your feet then use both hands to twist the lid counter clockwise while you pull the child lock upward. We have found it is easiest to sit while you do this. 

Hopefully, your lid will twist right off! If not, go back to step 1 and repeat the process.
